Pain Points to Fix
After 30 years, Bristlecone's complex logo couldn't scale for smaller applications, leading to brand confusion and limited merchandise and signage.
Their website lacked e-commerce capabilities, preventing them from serving out-of-state customers and organizing product specifications and staff expertise effectively.
The Turnout
The process began with business strategy exercises to define Bristlecone's values and brand identity, followed by creating a new identity system with redesigned logo, color palette, and fonts.
We then produced branded merchandise, storefront materials, and conducted a website audit leading to wireframing and prototyping for improved user experience.
