The store has grown its customer base statewide and beyond while actively participating in the local community through partnerships with charities and organizations.
Pain Points to Fix
After 30 years, Bristlecone's complex logo couldn't scale for smaller applications, leading to brand confusion and limited merchandise and signage.
Their website lacked e-commerce capabilities, preventing them from serving out-of-state customers and organizing product specifications and staff expertise effectively.
The Turnout
The process began with business strategy exercises to define Bristlecone's values and brand identity, followed by creating a new identity system with redesigned logo, color palette, and fonts.
